Constitutional Court of FBiH rejects request of 39 federal deputies

(Patria) - The Constitutional Court of FBiH has rejected the request of 39 federal deputies to resolve a dispute with the leadership of that house regarding the convening, holding and chairing of the 8th regular session of the House of Representatives, which was held on 22 January.

The ruling states that the applicants are not authorized to initiate proceedings.

"It is established that by adopting the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on the Election of the President, Vice President and Members of the Working Bodies of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of FBiH, which was adopted at the regular session on 22 January 2024, the rights of the applicants were not violated," the ruling of the Constitutional Court of FBiH states.
