Constitutional Court of the FBiH overturns the FBiH Government's Decree on company management!

The Constitutional Court of the FBiH has declared the Decree on company management unconstitutional, but this decision has not yet been published by the Constitutional Court of the FBiH, writes the Patria news agency.

As the President of the Constitutional Court of the FBiH, Domin Malbašić, told us, the decision has been made but is not for the public.

- There is a procedure for publication, and once that is completed, it will be published. I cannot confirm the information that this Decree has been overturned at this time – Malbašić told Patria.

However, as we learn, it was Malbašić himself who was against declaring the Decree unconstitutional, but a source from the Constitutional Court of the FBiH told Patria that the Decree has been declared unconstitutional.

Incidentally, the Vice President of the FBiH, Milan Dunović, submitted a request for a constitutionality review to the Constitutional Court of the FBiH back on June 9, while a public hearing on this request before the Court was held on November 2.

The adoption of this Decree was one of the key reasons for the breakup of the coalition represented by the SDA, HDZ, and DF.

Nedim Ademović, the lawyer who represented Dunović, told NAP that he has not yet received the verdict.
