Constitutional Court of the FBiH: DF was right, the Regulation is unconstitutional

The Constitutional Court of the FBiH has rendered a decision declaring the Regulation on the exercise of powers in commercial companies with state capital under the jurisdiction of the FBiH unconstitutional, following a request submitted in June 2015 by the Vice President of the FBiH, Milan Dunović (DF), reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Vice President of the FBiH Milan Dunović is satisfied with the decision of the Constitutional Court of the FBiH, and emphasizes that he will continue to fight for lawful decision-making in the Government of the FBiH:

- I will personally submit a request for a constitutionality review whenever I see that the Government of the FBiH has violated the Constitution of the FBiH by passing a law, which is in line with my constitutional powers and my moral obligation to protect the citizens of the Federation of BiH.

At this moment, the decision of the Constitutional Court of the FBiH essentially changes nothing, unfortunately, because appointments in public enterprises were made long ago. However, this ruling represents moral satisfaction and proof that the Request for constitutionality review I submitted was justified, and that the Democratic Front, as someone who pointed out the non-transparent and illegal work of the Government of the FBiH, was right all along. I will continue to advocate for lawful and transparent work of all levels of government in Bosnia and Herzegovina - emphasized Vice President of the FBiH Milan Dunović.
