(Patria) - The Mountain Rescue Service of the Sarajevo municipality of Novi Grad announced this evening that 89-year-old Hamed Kovačević, who was searched for today, has been found.
Kovačević was last seen last night near the Sarajevo City Hall and was found in Ilidža after an appeal to citizens.
"The search for the missing person Hamed Kovačević from the area of the municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo has been successfully concluded thanks to the media, citizens, and family members.
The missing person was found in the area of the municipality of Ilidža, where we also had the support of colleagues from GSS Ilidža, PU Novi Grad, and PU Ilidža," announced GSS Novi Grad Sarajevo.
