USD: Let Dodik admit to his people that BiH pays his salary, and that RS is not even an entity!

Milorad Dodik's statement that Israel has the right to defend itself is shameful and hypocritical, states the presidency of the Union of Social Democrats in a statement, reports the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

- Of course, every UN member state has the right to defend itself against attacks on its integrity and sovereignty, but Israel in the Gaza Strip is the one committing horrific crimes against Palestinian civilians, in front of the eyes of the whole world. Dodik's statement is, above all, a product of pre-election rhetoric, but it is sad that the people of RS are getting worse and worse off year after year under his presidency - the statement reads.

Nebulous statements, as they point out, as well as the actions of his SNSD, which constantly and repeatedly insult the state and statehood of Bosnia and Herzegovina, must stop.

- Let Dodik and his ministers and deputies tell their "own" people and citizens that they receive their salaries, allowances, and all financial privileges exclusively from the budget of BiH institutions, primarily from VAT, which is mainly paid by citizens and entrepreneurs - they say.

It is high time for Dodik to understand that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a permanent category, it was, is, and will remain a state in full capacity.

- The RS entity is not an entity, let alone a state of the Serb people, although one might conclude that due to the inappropriate name, but rather a region in Bosnia and Herzegovina that equally and in the same way belongs to all peoples and minorities living in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Just like the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Brčko District - it was emphasized in the statement, reports NAP.
