European Civil Protection Office Praises Team from Bosnia and Herzegovina

(Patria) - The European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Office has praised the protection and rescue teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We remind you that the Civil Protection Administration of Republika Srpska and the Federal Civil Protection Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are participating in assisting the Republic of Slovenia in mitigating the consequences of the catastrophic floods that have hit the country.

"Representatives of the EU Civil Protection visited the teams from BiH on the ground and praised on their official social media networks the contribution and valuable work on clearing the terrain in the first mission of BiH as a member of the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.

Also, the Administration for Protection and Rescue of Slovenia published graphics of international assistance sent through the EU Civil Protection Mechanism. The team from BiH has the most heavy-duty machinery - a total of six excavators, which are currently most needed by Slovenia.
