Hurricane Irma devastated large parts of the U.S. state of Florida, writes Patria agency.
Water supplies were destroyed, and over three million people were left without electricity.
The strength of Hurricane Irma has weakened to Category 2, but winds still reach speeds of up to 168 km/h.
Looters are also taking advantage of the catastrophic situation in cities across Florida, entering abandoned homes.
Miami police announced that they have arrested 28 people for looting and burglary.
Federal authorities have decided to evacuate around 6.5 million people in Florida, and a state of emergency has also been declared in the states of North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia.
