(Patria) - The BiH Prosecutor's Office has submitted a proposal to the BiH Court for the extension of detention for the aforementioned suspects in the case of Dženan Memić's death by another 60 days.
In a detailed proposal, the extension of detention has been requested for reasons described in Article 132, Paragraph 1, points b) and c) of the BiH Criminal Procedure Code.
The proposal has been forwarded to the BiH Court.
