(Patria) - The session of the Management Board of the Clinical Center in Sarajevo was interrupted yesterday and should continue today. Federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić will also attend the session.
Regarding the appointment of Ismet Gavrankapetanović as director of this institution, the commission of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina determined that there was a technical error in the public call, although the documentation is correct.
Member of the Provisional Management Board of KCUS, Dragan Stevanović, told BHRT this morning that this case involves the pure interest of certain lobbies.
"They assessed that it would be profitable for them to continue manipulating tenders. KCUS is a 'golden goose', an institution that generates around 400 to 500 million KM annually," Stevanović stated.
The candidate for acting director is Nedžad Firdus, and a vote will be held on his appointment, as he meets the requirements.
The highest-rated candidate, Ismet Gavrankapetanović, will obviously not be appointed for some time, and it is ultimately possible that the previous public call will be annulled and a new one announced.
