Warning for drivers: Fog and landslides in valleys and through cuts

In most of Bosnia and Herzegovina, traffic is flowing this morning on mostly dry and occasionally wet roads. On sections in valleys and along river courses in the morning hours, we warn of reduced visibility due to fog. There is an increased risk of landslides on sections that pass through cuts, so we appeal to drivers to drive with maximum caution on all routes, according to a statement from BIHAMK, as reported by the Patria news agency.

On sections where rehabilitation works are underway, traffic signs have been placed, and compliance with them is mandatory. We highlight the A-1 Tarčin–Vlakovo highway section, as well as the main roads: Jablanica-Mostar, Prozor-Jablanica, Nemila-Topčić polje, Bugojno-Novi Travnik, Živinice-Šićki Brod, Priboj-Simin Han, and Bihać-Izačić.

Due to mining works, traffic is suspended daily from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM on the M-16 Banja Luka-Jajce section (at the Bočac site).

According to information collected from the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, waiting times at border crossings are no longer than 30 minutes.

Due to works in Croatia, at the Orašje-Županja border crossing, vehicles are moving slowly in both directions.
