
(Patria) - After the interruption of the 14th emergency session and the continuation of the 16th working session, the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly has announced the 15th emergency session of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly. The session is scheduled for June 5.
The agenda, i.e., the first four items, are identical to the agenda of the 14th emergency session, with the addition of two more items, namely the dismissals of SNSD officials. Eight delegates of the House of Peoples, including all five members of the Bosniak Caucus, requested that the dismissals of Chairman Nikola Špirić and two ministers from the SNSD be considered as the first items of today's 14th emergency session, as a supplement to the agenda. Špirić ignored this request, and the delegates were not even provided with the materials, prompting eight delegates to leave the session.
The agenda of the new session is as follows: Request of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH to consider the Proposal for a Law on Amendments to the Law on Financing Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina under urgent procedure, in accordance with Article 124 of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Peoples; Proposal for a Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (first reading), proposer: Council of Ministers of BiH, consideration under abbreviated procedure; Request of Delegate Marina Pendeš to consider the Proposal for a Law on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina under urgent procedure; Request of Delegate Marina Pendeš to consider the Proposal for a Law on Amendments to the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina under urgent procedure; and the last two items: Proposal for a Decision on the dismissal of the Chairman/First Deputy Chairman/Second Deputy Chairman of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Nikola Špirić, proposer: delegates in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH: Nenad Vuković, Želimir Nešković, Ilija Cvitanović, Zlatko Miletić, and Kemal Ademović; and Proposal for a Decision on the dismissal of the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, Staša Košarac, and the Minister of Finance and Treasury of BiH, Srđan Amidžić, proposers: delegates in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH: Nenad Vuković, Želimir Nešković, Ilija Cvitanović, Zlatko Miletić, and Kemal Ademović.
