Heavy rainfall is expected in Bosnia and Herzegovina today, which is why an orange weather alert has been issued across the country.
The alert is in effect for today, September 23, 2023.
The note states that heavier rainfall is expected across the country, which could cause flash floods and urban flooding.
According to the World Meteorological Organization, recommendations and measures have also been issued:
"Take precautions and follow the latest weather forecast. Expect disruptions in daily routines and BE PREPARED for interruption of outdoor activities. Act according to the advice given by authorized bodies. For any additional information, contact the competent institutions!".
