SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The international portal Webometrics, which ranks universities worldwide, has published a new list placing the University of Sarajevo (UNSA) in 1553rd place. This is a better result for the University of Sarajevo than the position it held in July/August 2019, when the University was 1,669th on the list.
Webometrics evaluates four criteria, three of which relate to science. Given the investment in science in BiH, this position is more than good news for the University of Sarajevo.
In just half a year, UNSA has advanced 116 positions on Webometrics.
Otherwise, this is a preliminary Webometrics list published in January 2020.
