21 illegally placed advertisements removed from Baščaršija

In the immediate area of Baščaršija, the Inspection Sector of the Stari Grad Municipality has so far removed inadequate illuminated advertisements from 21 buildings. The advertisement removal campaign began on August 24 and will not stop until all non-compliant advertisements are removed, the Municipality announced, as reported by the Patria agency.

From the Inspection Sector of the Stari Grad Municipality, they confirmed that all advertisement owners were verbally and in writing notified about the campaign. Inspection proceedings have been initiated against owners who did not remove the advertisements.

As part of their regular activities, inspectors from the Inspection Sector continuously patrol Ferhadija and Mula Mustafa Bašeskija streets, where they also warn owners about irregularities and initiate proceedings against those who disregard warnings and lack permits for advertisements.
