The new director of the University Clinical Center Sarajevo, Dr. Sebija Izetbegović, immediately upon taking office took a steel broom in hand. A purge of “unsuitable” personnel has begun, reports the Patria news agency.
The first to be targeted, as we unofficially learn, was Dr. Senka Mesihović-Dinarević, the long-time head of the Pediatrics Clinic of UKCS. In her place, Izetbegović appointed Dr. Edo Hasanbegović, a relative of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Zvizdić.
Dr. Senka Mesihović-Dinarević is, for the record, the sister of former UKCS director Rusmir Mesihović.
