UKC Tuzla to make a decision on appeal for linear accelerator procurement on Monday

After the Procurement Review Office of BiH annulled the procurement of a "Linear accelerator, CT simulator, radiotherapy planning system, and phantoms" twice, the University Clinical Center Tuzla, in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement, published new tender documentation for the procurement of the aforementioned equipment on the public procurement portal on June 21, 2024.

Following the completion of the relevant procedure, on September 9, 2024, the Mostar-based company Inel-Med d.o.o. was selected as the most favorable bidder.

In addition to Inel-Med doo Mostar, the company MSG d.o.o. Tuzla also applied for the tender, but was assessed as irregular by the Public Procurement Commission because it did not meet all the conditions set out in the technical specifications provided in the tender documentation.

The University Clinical Center Tuzla received an appeal from MSG d.o.o. Tuzla, represented by attorney Sanel Nezirić.

The Commission is analyzing the appeal claims and will announce its decision on the appeal within the legally prescribed deadline on Monday.
