UIO BiH collected 10.8 billion KM in indirect taxes in ten months

(Patria) - Indirect tax revenues for the first ten months of 2025 amounted to 10 billion and 88 million KM, an increase of 544 million KM or 5.7% compared to the same period in 2024 when they amounted to 9 billion and 544 million KM.

For the first ten months of 2025, the Administration refunded VAT to taxpayers who legally qualified for a refund in the amount of 1 billion and 822 million KM.

Net collected revenues distributed to beneficiaries for the first ten months of 2025, namely the state, entities, and Brčko District, amounted to 8 billion and 265 million KM, an increase of 5.71% compared to revenues distributed to beneficiaries for the first ten months of 2024.

REVENUES COLLECTED IN OCTOBER 2025

In October 2025, 1 billion and 81 million KM of indirect taxes were collected, which is 31 million KM more than in October 2024.

REVENUE DISTRIBUTION JANUARY-OCTOBER 2025

For the financing of state institutions in the first ten months of 2025, an amount of 841 million KM was distributed. The remainder of the collected indirect tax revenues went to the entities and Brčko District. Thus, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina received 4 billion and 565 million KM from the single account, Republika Srpska received 2 billion and 557 million KM, and Brčko District received 256 million KM.

Based on the special toll for highway construction and the construction and reconstruction of other roads (0.25 KM), the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina received an additional 207 million KM, Republika Srpska received 137 million KM, and Brčko District received 7 million KM. The difference represents a reserve in the special toll account of 0.25 KM.
