ITA BiH: BAM 3.654 billion collected in seven months

Indirect tax revenues in the first seven months of 2016 amounted to BAM 3.654 billion, an increase of BAM 63 million or 1.75% compared to the same period in 2015 when they stood at BAM 3.591 billion.  

After VAT refunds to taxpayers, which in the first seven months of 2016 amounted to BAM 615 million, net collected revenues distributed to beneficiaries in 2016—namely the state, entities, and Brčko District—stood at BAM 3.039 billion, an increase of BAM 80 million compared to the revenues beneficiaries received from the Single Account in the same period of 2015.

For the financing of state institutions in the first seven months of 2016, an amount of BAM 431 million was allocated, identical to several previous years. The remaining funds ended up in entity treasuries as follows: the Federation of BiH received a total of BAM 1.646 billion, the Republika Srpska BAM 856 million, and Brčko District BAM 90 million.
