Thieves who robbed "Lutrija BiH" branch at gunpoint apprehended

Around 8:10 PM on Sunday, in Trg heroja street, three unidentified individuals committed the crime of robbery against an employee in the premises of "Lutrija BiH", reports the BH News Agency Patria.

- During the incident, the masked unidentified individuals stole a certain amount of money at gunpoint and then fled in an unknown direction. While working to shed light on the mentioned criminal offense, police officers of the II Police Department found and apprehended K.E., born in 1980 in Sarajevo, K.M., born in 1980 in Sarajevo, and K.A., born in 1976 in Sarajevo, where they reside, in the basement premises of the stairwell of a building in Porodice Ribar street, municipality of Novo Sarajevo, due to grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense under Article 289 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH (Robbery) - it was announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.

- A search of the basement premises used by K.E. resulted in the discovery and seizure of a plastic pistol and a cloth bag with clothing that they used during the commission of the crime, as well as a portion of the money originating from it. The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed about the above, and K.E., K.M., and K.A. were handed over to the Department for Detention of Detained Persons of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton. Police officers continue to work on clarifying and documenting the criminal activities of the mentioned individuals.
