(Patria) - By order of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, and upon completion of searches at the business company Operator - Terminals FBiH, members of the FUP have arrested the President of the Supervisory Board of Operator - Terminals Hermedin Zornić and board member Slaven Zeljko for the criminal offenses of abuse of position or authority and violation of equality in employment.
After criminal processing at the FUP, the suspects will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office.
They are suspected of illegally employing at least 15 people at the business company Operator - Terminals FBiH during 2022, without announcing a public advertisement, i.e., outside of procedures.
Most of the employed persons did not meet the conditions for the positions to which they were assigned, the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office announced.
