Driver from Serbia arrested for causing chaos in Ilidža today

(Patria) - The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of Sarajevo Canton (KS) announced that A.Ć. (1946) from Serbia was arrested tonight at 8:00 PM, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense "Serious offenses against public traffic safety" in connection with the criminal offense "Endangerment of security".

The suspect, around 1:00 PM today, was driving a Ford Kuga vehicle in Dr. Mustafa Pintola street, Ilidža municipality, when he veered off the roadway, hit a traffic sign, then trees opposite the Ilidža Health Center, and subsequently hit parked Audi and Opel Zafira vehicles.

Near Ilidža Health Center, man hits pedestrian with vehicle, then another car, ending up in parking lot

(Patria) - One person was injured in a traffic accident that occurred at 1:10 PM in front of the Ilidža Health Center, on Dr. Mustafa Pintola street. The collision caused significant material damage, both to the vehicles and the traffic signs.

Due to the force of the impact, the Ford Kuga vehicle bounced and injured a pedestrian, M.S., who was on the sidewalk.

M.S. sustained severe bodily injuries at the University Clinical Center Sarajevo (KCUS) and was admitted to the Orthopedics Clinic for further treatment.

The prosecutor of the KS Prosecutor's Office was informed, and the investigation was conducted by members of the Police Administration of the MUP of KS, with the presence of traffic and mechanical engineering experts.

The suspect was handed over to the Detention Facilities of the MUP of KS.
