(Patria) - The Association of Victims and Witnesses of Genocide and the association "Movement of Mothers of Srebrenica and Žepa Enclaves" have issued a public statement calling on the BiH Prosecutor's Office and prosecutor's offices in the FBiH to conduct an investigation against Aleksandar Vučić and Milorad Dodik following yesterday's statements and insults directed at journalists, while denying crimes and the crime of genocide in Srebrenica.
"Following yesterday's scandalous statements by Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and the president of the RS entity, Milorad Dodik, we call on the BiH Prosecutor's Office, as well as the prosecutor's offices in the FBiH, to conduct an investigation against them in accordance with their jurisdictions.
The denial of crimes they have expressed, as well as the barrage of insults towards journalists, particularly directed at an N1 TV journalist, must lead to the involvement of competent authorities in the investigation; otherwise, the vocabulary of primitives will become the norm, and the humiliation of victims and everyone else will be an example.
We demand that the Ministry of Justice of BiH, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH, inform the International Court of Justice – ICJ in The Hague and the UN about the denial of the ICJ ruling from February 2007 by the President of Serbia on the territory of BiH, which held Serbia responsible for the failure to prevent and punish genocide in Srebrenica.
"It was established before the International Court of Justice that Serbia is in no way responsible for the alleged genocide in Srebrenica," stated Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, during a visit to the economic fair in Mostar.
In this way, the President of Serbia has violated the Criminal Code of BiH, which was amended by the High Representative's Decision on the denial of judgments of international and domestic courts and the denial of the crime of genocide and crimes against humanity.
Furthermore, we demand that state bodies inform the International Court of Justice and the UN that the President of Serbia does not respect the rulings of the world's highest legal authority – the International Court of Justice.
On the other hand, we tell the liar and manipulator from Bugojno that he will never succeed in denying genocide and that justice will catch up with him sooner or later," the statement read.
