Association "Woman-Victim of War": We are filing a criminal complaint against Milica Marković for threats

The Association „Woman-Victim of War“ strongly condemns the statement of the member of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milica Marković, "Bosniaks should indeed be afraid of that exercise which showed the strength of Serbia and the RS", it is stated in the announcement of this association, reports the news agency Patria.  

-The threat of the SNSD MP resembles the one from 1992, when, with lists in their hands, members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska came to our doors and took our loved ones to their deaths.

Surviving victims of wartime rape and sexual abuse, as well as family members whose loved ones were killed before our eyes, are justifiably concerned about such threatening statements.

We know, Mrs. Marković, what kind of power you are talking about. We have felt that power and strength of aggressive Serbia.

A woman, a mother, and a state parliamentarian sent a message like the one the criminal Karadžić sent 24 years ago from the podium of the Assembly of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. And then we felt the power of Serbia she speaks of.

The Association „Woman-Victim of War“ demands accountability from Milica Marković for the uttered threats, and no immunity she has should be an obstacle for her to answer for the threatening words spoken. If no one else wants to, the Association „Woman-Victim of War“ will file a criminal complaint against the SNSD MP for threats which we take extremely seriously, it is stated in the announcement.
