Association of Employers of FBiH calls on veterans to block institutions that have denied them their rights

BiH, (Patria) - The all-day blockade of several important traffic routes and main roads has caused damage to both businesses and citizens who were blocked. 

The Association of Employers of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has called on dissatisfied veterans and workers to resolve the problems and justified demands they have with and within the system institutions that have caused them problems due to which their status remains unresolved. 

Therefore, they call on disenfranchised veterans and workers to organize their justified protests in a way that blocks the work of institutions that have prevented them from realizing their rights guaranteed by law. 

- The Association of Employers of FBiH appeals to dissatisfied veterans not to block roads, as this hinders the smooth running of work processes in companies where their family members, friends, and colleagues are employed, whose rights their employers respect. Calling for worker and collegial solidarity, the Association of Employers of FBiH points to the damages suffered by company employees due to road blockades, which may ultimately affect the fulfillment of obligations to clients and suppliers, which in turn directly impacts the preservation of existing and the creation of new jobs.

The Association of Employers of FBiH fully supports the justified demands of disenfranchised veterans and workers and supports the final resolution of their status, but emphasizes that blocking roads will not contribute to solving these problems. On the contrary, road blockades most often disrupt work and cause damage to companies that regularly meet their obligations to employees and the state, the budgets from which funds can only be secured to meet obligations to dissatisfied veterans and workers.   

Due to traffic blockades at several locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, there have also been significant delays in Centrotrans bus lines in urban, intercity, and international traffic.
