Association of Generals Supports Bećirović: No calculations or bargaining with BiH

(Patria) - Following the address of the BiH Presidency Chairman Denis Bećirović before the UN Security Council last night, we witnessed the address of a Bosnian-Herzegovinian politician and statesman, according to the Association of Generals of BiH.

"Every part of his address was fully based on facts, adopted state laws and policies, and it is especially important to emphasize - on the interests of the state of BiH.

We had dilemmas whether to comment on this event where the BiH politician and statesman acted precisely as such, without calculations or appeasing any interests outside of BiH.

However, aware of our everyday life and the actions of certain actors in political life, we simply had to support a politician who correctly and bravely performs his duty, for which he was elected by the citizens.

And we, as citizens who care about our country and are contemporaries of all events concerning the building and continuous attacks on the state by various means, must say that we absolutely stand behind the address of Chairman Bećirović.

Although we are aware that his address will cause displeasure in some external and domestic political circles, we believe that this is the only way to send a message to both foreign and domestic factors that we will not and do not want to remain silent while various behind-the-scenes dealings are conducted around our country and its survival.

We are also sending a message to other patriotically oriented politicians and officials that they should be guided by the example of Denis Bećirović's actions in last night's address, because there should be no calculations or bargaining with BiH, regardless of any interests and potential personal consequences for them," stated the Association of Generals of BiH.
