Speed up the handover and registration process of diplomatic-consular property of former SFRY allocated to BiH

The Council of Ministers of BiH adopted the Information of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury on the implementation of the platform for the distribution of diplomatic-consular property of former SFRY, reports the Patria News Agency. 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH is tasked with collecting the necessary documentation related to the former SFRY complex in Ankara, especially the relevant land registry extract for this plot.

The Council gave its consent to the authorized negotiator in the joint committee for Annex B, Adnan Hadžikapetanović, to, on a bilateral basis with the Republic of Serbia, agree on the legal demarcation of the plot of the former SFRY complex in Ankara.

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are tasked with intensifying activities to speed up the handover and registration process of diplomatic-consular property of former SFRY allocated to BiH, it was announced from the Council of Ministers of BiH.
