Waste has been piling up for days in Branislava Nušića Street in Dobrinja, KJKP Rad empties only one container out of three!

(Patria) - A municipal truck from KJKP Rad comes every night to Branislava Nušića Street in Dobrinja, but for days now they have not been emptying all the placed containers or, in this case, bags in underground bins, so a small landfill has already formed, spreading a foul smell.

A Patria crew photographed the small landfill and containers yesterday morning, as seen on the wet asphalt, and despite the arrival of the municipal truck and one municipal worker last night, the garbage remained in the same place.

The municipal truck arrived on Monday at 11:35 PM, one bin with a bag was emptied, while the second and third were not. The third container with a yellow lid has been out of use and cannot be opened for a longer period.

After the municipal worker emptied the first container and returned the bag to the same container, he began throwing in the garbage that was left around. However, after a few minutes, the truck left at 11:47 PM.

Until a few days ago, municipal workers indeed removed all the waste thrown around because the containers were full, but for days now they have been leaving large amounts of waste from which a foul smell spreads.

Incidentally, this is a residential area where a single building has 330 apartments whose residents throw waste into these underground bins, which are no longer functional. Therefore, residents are forced to leave garbage bags next to the containers or in the area around the containers.

At the same location, irresponsible citizens have been dumping large amounts of bulky waste at times when such waste disposal was not scheduled, but teams from KJKP Rad have removed that garbage on several occasions.

What has been happening in recent days that they do not want to empty these bins and make the third one operational to avoid garbage being thrown onto the green area, those in charge at KJKP Rad should answer.
