A total of 111 people were employed in the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina on various grounds from December 1, 2014, to December 1, 2015, reports the Patria news agency.
This was confirmed to Safer Demirović, a member of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who asked which individuals were employed, how many, and whether it was based on fixed-term employment contracts or a decision of the Agency for Civil Service of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as which individuals were employed through a competition.
The Indirect Taxation Authority stated that a total of 34 people were employed in the Central Office of the Authority, 15 in the Banja Luka Regional Center, 45 in the Mostar Regional Center, 4 in the Sarajevo Regional Center, and 13 in the Tuzla Regional Center.
It was further clarified that two people were employed based on a decision of the Agency for Civil Service, while the majority of others were employed based on fixed-term employment contracts. Executors were engaged to perform tasks, including seven for the Central Office, 13 in Banja Luka, 10 in Mostar, 6 in Sarajevo, and 22 in Tuzla.
One official was reinstated to work by a decision of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption.
- Danko Bogdanović was admitted to the Authority through an internal advertisement in 2004, and ceased work in 2012 based on a final disciplinary measure of termination of employment, which is under review before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. By a decision of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, a temporary measure was ordered, through which he was reinstated to work in June 2015 - stated the Indirect Taxation Authority.
