At the premises of the Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office, officials of the Federal Agency for Management of Seized Assets today took over 32,620 KM, which, according to the verdict of the Municipal Court in Gradačac, were permanently confiscated in the criminal case against Pero Prelić.
The accused was found guilty of illegal trade and the illegally acquired property gain was permanently confiscated from him.
- This money will be paid by officials of the Federal Agency for Management of Seized Assets into a special purpose account, and subsequently into the Budget of the Federation of BiH, it was announced from this agency.
