First-instance verdict against Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić to be delivered at the Court of BiH today

(Patria) - The Court of BiH today, starting at 1:00 PM, in courtroom 6, will deliver the first-instance verdict in the case "Milorad Dodik and others".



The indictment against RS President Milorad Dodik and acting director of "Službeni glasnik" Miloš Lukić accuses them of committing the criminal offense of non-implementation of decisions of the High Representative from Article 203.a, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with Article 54 of the same Code.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH requested that Dodik be sentenced to imprisonment closer to the maximum than the minimum provided for this criminal offense, and a 10-year ban on holding political office.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH requested the same sentence for the acting director of "Službeni glasnik RS" Miloš Lukić.
