In the Radončić and others case, GP employee Bašić testifies today

The trial in the case against Fahrudin Radončić and others continues today at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, after a break of almost a month, writes the Patria News Agency.

The indictment charges Radončić, Bakir Dautbašić, Bilsena Šahman, and Zijad Hadžijahić as an organized group whose alleged goal was to commit the criminal offense of obstructing justice and giving or receiving a reward for trading in influence.

Obstruction of justice refers to pressure on witness Azra Sarić in the proceedings against Naser Kelmendi in Kosovo.

Sarić has appeared before the Court of BiH five times as a witness before the Trial Chamber, but the media have never been granted permission to publish information from the hearings at which Sarić testified.

At the next hearing on August 17, Almir Bašić, who at the time was the head of the Central Investigation Office of the BiH Border Police, will testify.

The court allowed Radončić, Šahman, and Dautbašić to go on vacation to Croatia and Montenegro, where Šahman visited her parents.
