Most cheerful Urban Kids Festival opened in Skenderija

(Patria) - Sarajevo will be the epicenter of children's joy and family fun for the next two days.

The Urban Kids Festival, the most cheerful and diverse family event, opened today in the "Mirza Delibašić" hall.



This two-day festival brings together children, parents, institutions, and companies in a common mission to promote healthy growth, education, safety, and sustainability – all through play, fun, and interactive content.



- It is a pleasure to be here with you, in the week when we celebrate the International Day of Families, and there is no better way to mark it than with this festival whose common denominator is family, children's joy, and smiles.

I wish you all a good time and that you leave this hall happy and return as soon as possible - said the Prime Minister of KS Nihad Uk at the official opening of the festival.



The festival offers a rich and diverse program – entertainment and creative zones, workshops, face painting, animators, mascots, playrooms and a painting corner, mini cinema, Phenix rollerblading school, eco corner, education on recycling electronic waste, sports grounds and competitions, and much more.

NATO, EUFOR, and the Ministry of Defense of BiH are presenting equipment, robots, and vehicles, with special activities that bring children closer to the importance of peace and security.



Admission to the Urban Kids Festival, which will last on May 17th and 18th, is free.
