(Patria) - A promotion of the book "Bosniaks of the UN 'Safe Zone' Žepa in Camps in Serbia 1995-1996", authored by Prof. Dr. Ermin Kuka, Dr. Sci. Almir Grabovica and Dr. Sci. Alma Hajrić-Čaušević, will be held tonight in Sarajevo.
The book was published in 2024 by the University of Sarajevo - Institute for Research of Crimes against Humanity and International Law. The editor of the book is Dr. Sci. Amir Kliko, and the reviewers are Dr. Sci. Zilha Mastalić Košuta and Dr. Sci. Muamer Džananović.
Speakers at the promotion will include the Director of the Institute, Dr. Sci. Muamer Džananović, the President of the Association of Fighters "185th Žepa Brigade" of the 1st Corps and Chief of Staff of the Žepa Brigade Ramo Čardaković, the Commander of the 4th Muslim Glorious Brigade Nezim Halilović Muderris, and a long-time member of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Research of Crimes against Humanity and International Law and representative in the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina Amor Mašović.
The promotion is organized by the University of Sarajevo - Institute for Research of Crimes against Humanity and International Law, with the support of the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo and the Association "185th Žepa Brigade" of the 1st Corps.
The promotion will be held in the Small Hall of the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo starting at 7 PM.
