(Patria) - In the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the occasion of May 5th - the Day of Remembrance of the Murdered Children of Sarajevo, an evening of poetry will be held tonight - a remembrance of the murdered children of besieged Sarajevo "To the Children of Planet Sarajevo", dedicated to the poetry of Abdulah Sidran written during the siege of Sarajevo.
The program contributes to honoring the youngest victims of the siege of Sarajevo, through listening to selected verses that testify to the time of suffering, but also to the strength of memory and humanity.
The program will be held at the Sarajevo Memorial Center starting at 7:00 PM, and admission is free for all visitors.
The verses will be recited by renowned artists Emina Muftić and Tarik Džinić, with musical accompaniment by young guitarist Erol Begić, while the event will be moderated by Dževdet Tuzlić.
The organizers of the program are the Sarajevo Memorial Center, the Museum of Sarajevo, and the Sidran Foundation, and the poster author is Velija Hasanbegović.
