(Patria) - According to measurements this morning at 7 AM, the air in Sarajevo is unhealthy, and at the Otoka measuring station, the quality index was 171.
Due to polluted air, an increase in symptoms and intensity of diseases is possible for people with heart and respiratory diseases, such as asthma. All others may begin to feel the negative effects of pollution on their health.
The following groups should reduce any outdoor physical activities: people with lung and heart conditions, pregnant women, children, and the elderly.
Everyone else should also avoid prolonged or strenuous exertion while outdoors.
If you have the opportunity, spend today on one of the nearby mountains around Sarajevo and breathe deeply.
