SDA and Party for BiH observers clashed in Sanski Most

This morning between 9 and 9:30 AM, police had to intervene at the Kijevo polling station in the municipality of Sanski Most, writes the Patria News Agency. 

Two observers from political parties in the general elections, from SDA and the Party for BiH, physically clashed. This information was confirmed by Haris Karac, president of the Municipal Election Commission Sanski Most.

He pointed out that due to the incident, the party observers were denied further right to monitor the election process, about which the political parties they come from were also informed, and the police will initiate misdemeanor proceedings against them in accordance with their jurisdiction.

“What is most important is that the voting process was not interrupted, meaning the polling station was not closed, and citizens were allowed to perform their civic duty without hindrance,” Karac emphasized.
