RS: 95 new cases, three men died

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - Since the last report on the epidemiological situation in Republika Srpska, in the last 24 hours, at the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska, University Clinical Centre of Republika Srpska, St. Vračevi Hospital in Bijeljina and St. Apostle Luka Hospital in Doboj, and the University Hospital in Foča, 560 laboratory samples were tested, and new coronavirus was confirmed in 95 people in Republika Srpska.

These are 51 males and 44 females, of whom 29 are younger, 52 middle-aged, and 14 elderly.

By place of residence, 20 people are from Banja Luka, 10 from Foča, seven from Istočna Ilidža, six people each from Zvornik and Kneževo, five from Trebinje, four each from Gradiška, Prijedor, Prnjavor, and Čelinac, three people each are from Doboj, Istočno Novo Sarajevo, and Modriča, two each from Bijeljina, Laktaši, Ribnik, and Teslić, and one person each is from Brod, Gacko, Derventa, Kozarska Dubica, Ljubinje, Novo Goražde, Sokolac, and Šipovo.

In the last 24 hours, three deaths were reported to the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska, in which the presence of the new coronavirus was confirmed. These are a middle-aged man from Doboj, an elderly man from Bratunac, and an elderly man from Banja Luka.

So far, 8,132 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Republika Srpska, and a total of 268 people have died who tested positive for the new coronavirus.

In Republika Srpska, a total of 5,131 people have recovered from the new coronavirus, and a total of 70,064 people have been tested.

The total number of hospitalized in Republika Srpska is 191, at the University Clinical Centre of Republika Srpska 58, and in general hospitals 133.

In Republika Srpska, 2,788 people are currently under health surveillance, and surveillance has been completed for 54,290 people.
