RS: 58 new cases of coronavirus, three deaths

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Since the last report on the epidemiological situation in the Republika Srpska, in the last 24 hours, at the Institute of Public Health of the Republika Srpska, University Clinical Centre of Republika Srpska, Sv. Vračevi Hospital in Bijeljina and Sv. apostol Luka Hospital in Doboj, and the University Hospital in Foča, 429 laboratory samples were tested, and the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) has been confirmed in 58 people in Republika Srpska.

These are 29 males and 29 females, of whom 14 are younger, 38 middle-aged, and six are elderly.

According to place of residence, 24 people are from Banja Luka, six from Foča, five from Mrkonjić Grad, four from Gradiška, two from Kotor Varoš, Čelinac, Pale, Sokolac and Teslić, and one each from Bijeljina, Prijedor, Modriča, Jezero, Milići, Šipovo, Derventa, Srbac and Istočno Novo Sarajevo.

In the last 24 hours, three deaths have been reported to the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska, in which the presence of the new coronavirus has been confirmed. These are two men and one woman, elderly, from Kozarska Dubica, Novi Grad and Foča.

So far, 8,190 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Republika Srpska, and a total of 271 people have died, in whom the test for the new coronavirus has been confirmed.

In Republika Srpska, a total of 5,184 people have recovered from the new coronavirus, and a total of 70,452 people have been tested.

The total number of hospitalized in Republika Srpska is 177, at the University Clinical Centre of Republika Srpska 53, and in general hospitals 124.

In Republika Srpska, 3,100 people are currently under health supervision, and supervision has been completed for 54,375 people.
