RS: 54 Coronavirus Cases, Three Deaths

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - Since the last report on the epidemiological situation in Republika Srpska, in the last 24 hours, at the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska, University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska, "Sveti Vračevi" Hospital in Bijeljina and University Hospital in Foča, 370 laboratory samples were tested, and coronavirus was confirmed in 54 people in Republika Srpska.

These are 23 males and 31 females, of whom six are younger, 35 middle-aged, and 13 elderly.

By place of residence, 27 people are from Banja Luka, four each from Kneževo and Lopare, three each from Prijedor and Čelinac, two each from Gacko and Laktaši, and one each from Bileća, Gradiška, Mrkonjić Grad, Nevesinje, Novi Grad, Srbac, Trebinje, Foča, and Bijeljina.

In the last 24 hours, three deaths were reported to the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska, in which the presence of coronavirus was confirmed.

So far, 8,244 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Republika Srpska, and a total of 274 people who tested positive for this virus have died.

So far, 5,242 people have recovered, and a total of 70,816 people have been tested.

The total number of hospitalized in Republika Srpska is 189, at the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska 55, and in general hospitals 134.

Currently, 3,085 people are under health supervision, and supervision has been completed for 54,473 people.
