RS: 43 new cases of coronavirus infection

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - In the last 24 hours, 43 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in the Republic of Srpska out of 543 laboratory samples.

These are 21 male and 22 female individuals, of whom three are younger, 32 middle-aged, and eight elderly.

By place of residence, ten individuals are from Banja Luka, five from Doboj, three each from Bijeljina, Zvornik, and Pale, two each from Derventa, Modriča, Trebinje, and Šamac, and one each from Gacko, Gradiška, Mrkonjić Grad, Novo Goražde, Petrovo, Prnjavor, Ribnik, Srebrenica, Teslić, Foča, and Čelinac.

In the last 24 hours, three deaths were reported to the Institute of Public Health, in which the presence of coronavirus was confirmed. These are two elderly males and one middle-aged female from Pale, Prijedor, and Čelinac.

So far, 7,507 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Republic of Srpska, and a total of 254 people have died who tested positive for this virus.

A total of 4,460 people have recovered so far, and a total of 65,812 people have been tested.

The total number of hospitalized in the Republic of Srpska is 215, at the University Clinical Centre 63, and in general hospitals 152.

Currently, 3,067 people are under health supervision, and supervision has been completed for 52,065 people.
