SARAJEVO, (Patria) - On Monday, September 9, the 26th anniversary of the suffering of Croatian civilians from Grabovica will be marked.
According to the commemoration protocol, the laying of wreaths at the Monument to Civilian Victims of War and the Way of the Cross from the monument to the cemetery is planned for 11 AM.
Then, a holy mass for the victims will be held at the local cemetery.
In this crime in 1993, 33 Croatian civilians were killed.
The youngest victim was 4-year-old girl Mladenka Zadro, and the oldest was 87-year-old Marko Marić.
Five members of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina were convicted for the crime.
