Icy roads in mountainous areas

This morning, traffic in most of Bosnia and Herzegovina is on dry or wet roads, without extraordinary restrictions. In higher mountainous areas, over bridges and near tunnels, we warn of occasional icy roads, reports the Patria News Agency.

Fog reduces visibility on the following routes: Ripač-Bosanski Petrovac-Ključ, Bosanski Petrovac-Drvar, Kupres-Šuica-Tomislavgrad, Podorašac-Salakovac and on the A-1 Sarajevo-Lepenica section. We also draw attention to frequent rockfalls onto the road.

BIHAMK advises drivers to drive with maximum caution and to maintain a safe distance between vehicles. Please note that winter equipment is mandatory.

Due to the activation of a landslide, traffic is suspended on the section of the M-4 Simin Han-Kalesija main road (in Babajići).

There are short delays at border crossings.
