(Patria) - The Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton informs citizens of Sarajevo Canton that on Friday, August 11, 2023, starting at 23:59, a fireworks display with light and sound effects will be held at the Youth Home of the Public Institution Center Skenderija, Centar municipality.
After a properly submitted request for approval to conduct the fireworks, submitted by the legal entity "People's" d.o.o. Sarajevo, the competent police department of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton determined that all necessary and legally prescribed conditions were met and issued the requested approval.
The planned duration of the fireworks is two minutes, carried out by "Magma Pirotehnika" o.d.
"We inform citizens who live or find themselves near this location at the time of the fireworks that this is a planned and previously announced event that will be carried out by professionals, and there is no reason for concern or alarm," stated the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.
