15th Winter Bazaar at 'Skender Kulenović' Elementary School on December 23, funds raised for purchasing winter boots for students

(Patria) - The 15th Winter Bazaar will be held at the 'Skender Kulenović' Elementary School in Dobrinja on Saturday, December 23, starting at 10 a.m.

The school's Parent Council invites parents who know how to prepare sweet and savory treats to make them and come on the day of the bazaar to help turn words into deeds, because deeds are what count and what we teach our children.
"Without you as our partners, no bazaar would be possible because ultimately you are the ones who prepare all those items that we sell at the bazaar and thus fill our and your Parent Council fund. This year, the Parent Council decided that the revenue generated from the bazaar will be used to purchase winter boots for the needs of our school and the ski school, and they will remain in the care and ownership of our school, our children, and future generations. In case of surplus funds, we will add them to the fund," the invitation states.

That day, a blood donation will also be organized, so those who are medically able to donate blood are welcome.

As part of the bazaar, a small Olympics will be organized, and the Youth Games association is helping with the organization, providing medals for participants who win the top three places.

A prize fund has also been prepared for participants of the 15th bazaar, and prizes can be won through a raffle or auction.
