Ilidža Municipality Achieved 560,000 Overnight Stays in Ten Months of 2023

(Patria) - The Mayor of Ilidža Municipality, Nermin Muzur, announced the number of overnight stays achieved since the beginning of the year in this municipality, known for its large number of hotels and other accommodation facilities.

"To my great satisfaction, we are once again at the top of the list when it comes to the number of tourist arrivals and overnight stays. Since the beginning of the year, Ilidža Municipality has recorded over 560,000 overnight stays.

Thanks to timely planning of infrastructural investments, as well as securing budget funds, Ilidža has been transformed into a place with the necessary infrastructure and rich content. The improvement of the offer in Ilidža was followed by an increase in visitors to the Vrelo Bosne Nature Monument, Stojčevac, and Veliki Park.
There is still a lot of work ahead of us, and the projects we have started are just an introduction to what is to come. I look forward to every step that will make our Ilidža more attractive and beautiful. The Winter Magic will also shine in the coming days. Welcome," said Muzur.
