Convoy with dogs from BiH intercepted in Germany

(Patria) - German police stopped a vehicle with sixteen dogs from BiH on a "transit" from BiH, without valid documentation and in very poor condition. At the same time, the Municipal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office against Naida Kaltak for the criminal offense of tax evasion.

"The accused is charged with evading tax payment from January 2015 to December 2017, in the amount of 10,773.30 KM in 2015, 14,958.80 KM in 2016, and 16,796.99 KM in 2017," the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office announced.

They add that money exceeding 390,000 marks was deposited into her transaction account via PayPal from abroad, intended for the care and accommodation of abandoned animals, for which she did not submit an annual income tax return, thus evading income tax payment based on performing an independent activity.

This is part of activities initiated by reporting on illegal shelters and a criminal network operating under the guise of protecting allegedly endangered animals. While false information about endangerment is being disseminated to the public, funds are being collected mainly via PayPal and Western Union, assuming that the authorities are not monitoring these transactions either.

It was previously reported that in the area of several Zenica settlements there are at least six illegal shelters with more than 2,000 dogs. While these dogs are kept without adequate veterinary protection, funds are being collected abroad. At the same time, the best "specimens" are being sold for up to 2,000 euros via social networks, and the "papers" are being arranged through criminal organizations from the eastern parts of the EU.

We are in possession of, and will soon publish, video recordings documenting the existence of illegal shelters. It is interesting that the veterinary inspection promptly and without material evidence reacted to earlier posts on social networks, while there is no reaction from the authorities to the submitted physical addresses, names, and data on illegal shelters and animal smuggling. The only logical conclusion is that there is a collusion between the authorities and the organizers of the crime.

Their (veterinary inspectors') reaction and closure of illegal shelters will be the first concrete proof that they are not "part of the game." Otherwise, for the police agencies that have nevertheless started to act (SIPA and the like), this is proof of who has been protecting the crime all along.
