Sunday, July 23, referendum on the recall of Ibrahim Hadžibajrić, 46 polling stations will be open

(Patria) - The Commission for the Implementation of the Procedure for the Recall of the Mayor of Stari Grad Sarajevo Municipality, Ibrahim Hadžibajrić, has prepared a Guide to Polling Stations for the referendum on the recall of the Mayor of Stari Grad Sarajevo Municipality, which will be held on Sunday, July 23, 2023.

The Guide has been prepared with the aim of informing citizens in a timely manner about the polling stations and which polling station they belong to.

On the day of the referendum, July 23, 2023, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 46 polling stations will be open, while the polling station located at the Faculty of Economics (EKONOMSKI FAKULTET 137A000 and 137ANNN are attached to polling station 137A046) will be intended for absentee/personal voting and unconfirmed votes.

The Municipality of Stari Grad has 16 local communities, and the polling stations are distributed as follows:

· MZ Širokača – three polling stations (2,322 registered voters)

· MZ Toka-Džeka – two polling stations (1,450 registered voters)

· MZ Mahmutovac – three polling stations (2,104 registered voters)

· MZ Hrid-Jarčedoli – three polling stations (2,573 registered voters)

· MZ Babića-Bašča – two polling stations (1,433 registered voters)

· MZ Bistrik – four polling stations (3,285 registered voters)

· MZ Mjedenica – one polling station (727 registered voters)

· MZ Mošćanica – four polling stations (3,686 registered voters)

· MZ Vratnik – four polling stations (3,382 registered voters)

· MZ Kovači – two polling stations (1,349 registered voters)

· MZ Sumbuluša – two polling stations (1,528 registered voters)

· MZ Medrese – four polling stations (3,181 registered voters)

· MZ Sedrenik – three polling stations (2,327 registered voters)

· MZ Logavina – five polling stations (3,748 registered voters)

· MZ Baščaršija – three polling stations (2,464 registered voters)

· MZ Ferhadija – one polling station (784 registered voters)

Also, four mobile teams will be formed to enable voting for voters who are homebound due to age, illness, or disability. Applications for voting via mobile teams were closed on July 5.
