State coalition meeting in Mostar

(Patria) - A meeting of representatives of political parties forming the state-level coalition should be held in Mostar today.

Last week, the president of HDZ BiH, Dragan Čović, said that it seemed to him that they would manage to agree on all the backlogs from the last two meetings so that they could then have emergency sessions of the Council of Ministers and the Parliament of BiH.

- We are trying to conclude the fiscal year in a proper manner and prepare budgets. It is also important for me to maintain good relations and the current government in this context - Čović said.

Regarding the EU accession negotiations, he confirmed that an agreement has been reached whereby BiH will have one chief negotiator and two deputies, who will not be from the same nation.

The host of today's meeting, which will be held at the HDZ BiH House in Mostar, is the head of that party, Dragan Čović.

The meeting is scheduled to start at 11 AM, and statements for the media are planned after its conclusion at 12:30 PM.
