In the massacre at Solidarity Square 32 years ago, aggressors killed 11 Sarajevans

(Patria) - Today in Sarajevo, the 32nd anniversary of the killing of citizens of the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the massacre at Solidarity Square will be marked.

A delegation of the Sarajevo Canton will lay flowers at 10 a.m. at the site of the massacre at Solidarity Square, number 14 (Alipašino Polje, market).

At that location, 32 years ago, a shell fired from the aggressor positions of the Army of Republika Srpska from the direction of Nedžarići killed 11 and seriously and lightly wounded 53 Sarajevans.

Those killed were: Rifet Bahtić, Jasmina Duraković, Jasmin Đozo, Muniba Ganija, Nermin Gušić, Zoran Kafedžić, Sadrija Krasnići, Adnan Lingo, Nadežda Puljić, Daniel Turkalj, and Edin Uzunović.
