Life returns to Maglaj: Natron Hayat back in operation!

Maglaj is slowly returning to normal after the May floods, and as the Patria news agency learns, Maglaj's Natron Hayat started production at full capacity today. As we unofficially learn, the facilities are being checked after being renovated.

Maglaj Mayor Mehmed Mustabašić told NAP that Natron has been testing its facilities for some time, after major damage was done to the company.

- I cannot confirm whether they have started operating at full capacity, but it is certain that they will start working, as they have already tested the facilities and fired them up. Given the importance this factory has for Maglaj, the ZDK and Bosnia and Herzegovina, we are glad that this will happen – says Mustabašić.

Incidentally, the cataclysm that hit the Maglaj area caused great damage to the Natron Hayat factory. Dozens of workers were trapped in the factory for hours, and after the river receded into its bed, workers engaged in removing the flood deposits and are trying to get the factory back on its feet as soon as possible.
